Clinical expertise at the service of your wellbeing

Clinical psychologist qualified at the University of Paris 8, I specialise in burnout, workplace stress, High Intellectual Potential (HPI) profiles and adult ADHD. I practise Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, two evidence-based approaches.

A certified tobaccologist (FARES/ULB), ACT trainer in Belgium and France, and burnout pathway coordinator (FEDRIS), I also work with organisations on psychosocial risk prevention — particularly in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

As a PhD candidate at the LPPC laboratory (University of Paris 8) under the supervision of Prof Antoine Bioy, my research focuses on evaluating the Bathysmed protocol — a pioneering therapeutic approach combining ACT and scuba diving.
